● What if I have a larger lot or custom needs?

Our listed packages are based on standard Silicon Valley residential lot sizes (up to 6,000 sq ft). For estates, oversized lots, or properties with extensive hillside landscaping, we provide custom quotes during our initial site audit to ensure your property gets the attention it requires.

● Is there a long-term contract?

We believe our work should keep you coming back, not a legal document. Our residential services are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel your service at any time with a 30-day notice.

● What happens if it rains on my service day?

If weather prevents us from mowing or trimming, we still perform a "hardscape-only" visit (blowing and debris cleanup) if possible, or we reschedule your visit for the next available clear day to ensure your property doesn't miss a beat.

● Do you provide your own equipment and gas?

Yes. Get Pro is a fully self-contained professional operation. We use commercial-grade equipment and bring all necessary supplies. You don't need to provide a thing except access to the yard.
